Unhappy with Engen garage Edelweiss

Hope you are well.

I would like to lodge a complaint against the Engen Garage in Edelweiss (East Rand, Gauteng)

Last night our car broke down in front of the garage, the side shaft had come out, we managed to get the car into the garage parking and then we asked the cashier if we could leave the car their till this morning and he refused, we had to try and get the car back to my husband’s work in Nuffield with the wheel coming off every 100m.

My 2 year daughter was also with us at the stage, I understand it’s not a parking bay, however we support this garage daily and it was just for the night.

We stay in Endicott which is 17km from the garage, there was no way we could get the car home.

We don’t have any friends in the area where we could of left the car, I just feel this was selfless.

I understand nothing will come of this however I will take my business elsewhere
