UNHAPPY ABOUT DAMGE CAUSED BY ENGEN GARAHE ARCON PARK VEREENIGING

I fill fuel regularly at Engin station Arconpark Vereeniging. On 17th Nov 2023,as normal go for a service. I always climbed out of vehicle to check the correct fuel in deposited into my car,the correct amount and pay Once approved,I go .That monlrnibg as I done all those,the car did not want to go..So I thought the hand brake is up but was not the case.As I looked back the petrol attendant forgot to take the pipe out and dent and damaged my car. So I contacted the manager and advice must come shoe them.I did the next evening as I work in joburg and gets home late.He said will pay my excess,and I did not registered,my hubby said why from.our insurance and they at fault.

Then my hubby asked for a footage and they till today did not provided it to us.We mailed them and they advice today they will only pay my excess and that's it

I am not happy as the paint is off and start rust there and a dent in body.And I don't have a lease car to drive with if car go in for repairs. They blame me and said I should have take the pipe out.Is it my job to do their work as I came for a service or what?And they at blame as I am not guilty as I came for a service.We advised them will go to small claims court too.As they don't want to accommodate me and use my insurance for their negligence.

I will not support them and my family too I go there as it's close and convenient for me to go to.
