Unfaithful Managers and ***********s staff

I had a every bad experience at Big Bird Engen garage towards end of the year. One of the petrol attendant forgot to put radiator cap and as a result it damaged my car. When I submitted a claim to the garage for the incurred costs due to they negligence John Dantyi and Leonard Greyling kept on promising that I will get refunded my money back and 4 months later still I haven't been refunded and on top of that my car is still overheating from time to time especially when stuck in traffic but they never even cared to ask or follow up.

This is very disappointing and clearly Engen garage don't value they customers at all.
