Unacceptable service at the Engen N1 North Grasmere Toll

The Engen 1 stop on the N1 North on the Grasmere Toll is an absolute nightmare to stop at in the morning between 5.30am to 6.00am, the service has been the same for the past 15 years, I have made my frustrations known a number of times and yet till this day nothing has been done about it, this morning I stopped at the garage to fill pressure in one tyre and there was only 2 pumps open and a line of about 7 cars each waiting at each pump, I then went to a pump that was blocked by a cone to use the pressure machine, I waited or 5 mins and nobody came to assist me as the 2 bowsers were busy assisting the 2 queues, and when I asked for assistance I was told i needed to follow the queue. I then saw a bowser walk by and I asked him to please help me, he made it known to me that he was certainly doing me a favour as he told me about 5 times "remember I only start work at 6am". Is this the service that we can expect from the 1st garage that I pass by on my way to Pretoria from Lenasia South taking into consideration that the next garage is only the BP at Beyers, I find this totally unacceptable or maybe its because of the area we live in that Customer Service does not matter.
