Tswelopele Engen garage bad customer service from Moses

Today I was served by one Man called Moses at Engen garage Tswelopele, I am driving a company car and use a fleet card, I told him before he can pure the patrol when he requested for the point card, I told him with the company card I won't get any points, after that when I was about to pay he said I was wrong they are not accepting any fleet card unless you put 45litre which is a full tunk, and my question ❓ was why and where was it written I have been driving this car for over two years and using different Engen garages without any issues, I asked him to call his manager and he said he was the team leader, I wanted to pull out of the car to request the management number as I needed them to give me the policy that was stipulated by Moses the petrol attend, he pushed me back to my car never allowed me step out, I was speaking English with him which is a communication language and keep on asking me which language do I speak, and the question is what is he going to do as I keep on telling him to call NetBank to verify the card, check my car disk and number plate,he keeps on being pushy, I do understand maybe he thought he was being ****med but I was pouring R300 patrol and he said I was supposed to put full tunk, what policy is that.

The Man as a team leader has a bad attitude and he cannot talk to people More over as he was aggressive and violent.
