Trauma Caused by Neglegance, Now I am to Blame!!!! Stupid People

<p>On the 23/09/2016 - 12:00 PM at the Engen Petrol Station(Country View Midrand), the petrol attendant (Mcdoland) was checking the water levels, oil, tyre pressure whilst pouring petrol, as much as I appreciate all the service the attendance was giving me, he forgot to close the head gasket lid, Now after 3 Days driving my car without being aware of what transpired, the car started to smoking and on my way to work I got stuck, I was helped by a stranger who assisted me in pushing the vehicle to a close by garage where they openned the Bonnet and saw the lid on the side instead of it's closing status. I then laid a complain as this was the last time my Bonnet was opened at that Engen Garage but was faced with allegations of not paying attention to the petrol attendance while he was doing his job and also since this could have not been the cause for me being Stuck. I am frustrated going back and forth with these people, Jetish, Abraham, Jay,Annel all of them have been no help and keep blaming me and no one is willing to resolve this matter. I even took the matter to the head Office, they are also sending me e-mails back and forth between me and the Garage.</p>
