TOTAL waste of WATER!!!!
<p>Stopped at Engen Mooi Rivier this morning and see a tap on the outside that can't close. Looks like that tap has been running for a very long time. This is an utterwaste of precious water which we sodesperately need in this country. Shame on you for not fixing it!!!</p>
