They broke my light while washing my car

I had my care washed at the Engen Garage at Epson Downs, Bryanston, when I drove across the road and parked, I checked if my car was properly cleaned and noticed my back light was completely loose and out of its place. I went back immediately to show them at the car wash. They called the manager on duty who said I am taking a chance and that people come all the time to claim things that they have broken themselves. If my light was broken before, how would I have driven N1 to work this morning without it falling out? Why did, if the guy cleaning the car, not say the light was out completely while he was washing the car?! The Manager was very rude to me, raised his voice and did not even give me a chance to talk. He just raised his voice and argued with me and kept saying I broke it myself. What a way to treat a paying client and what bad service! !! I do not recommend their services at all!
