I purchased four batteries from your store, but unfortunately, two of them were faulty. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, I was met with unacceptable behavior from the manager. Despite my polite request, the manager responded rudely and refused to exchange the batteries. As a loyal customer who frequently uses your filling station due to its convenient location near my home, I was shocked and disappointed by this experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary steps to address the issue with the faulty batteries and the manager's behavior.
