The South African Sunday Times newspaper
Yesterday afternoon I went to Engen Commerce Park to buy the Sunday Times. The price printed on it is P14. It scanned at P18:65. I questioned the price and was told that this is their price. Are they allowed to charge it P4:65 about the marked price?
