The only place i know that says the client is not always Right

The Morning of 2nd Feb 2018 I went to Engen Kieserville. I Had R 50 with me. I asked the attendant to put R 20.00 95 petrol as I needed the rest of money for bread and milk. After about a minute I looked back and saw the attendant talking to a lady and the amount was running to R 130 already, I immediately stopped him. As I did not have any more money, I requested his manager Mrs Grobler whom rudely insulted us ... and I Quote "R 20 Rand Petrol??!!! Se my wie gooi R 20 se petrol????!" I geuss I do, as I have medically disabled for 7 months now with no income whatsoever. My daily budget is R 20 for petrol as I cannot afford more to go pick up sponsored food for me and my family from Boulevard Take aways and Restaurant. Who is this woman to treat a client like this? What happened to the age old Business rule, the client is always ......... Mr and Mrs Grobbler rudely insisted I leave my spare wheel there until I bring the money even after I offered leaving them my ID until Monday when we receive our SASSA Grant. Driving around unsafe and ******* is not wrong in the eyes of Engen? They kept on treating me and my wife like ******* of some kind. This is a very low blow. I did not see any notice board stating minimum amounts of petrol allowed. I used to spend thousands at Engen but this will never happen again as Engen promotes stepping on the poor, driving unsafe and *******ly as long as we get our R 119 rand. In the end I left my spare wheel there before I lost it completely.
