The manager is busy

Filling up at the Elarduspark Engen on a regular basis and in general receiving good service. This was not the case on the 01/05/2017 the assistant was unfriendly and did not listen as to what fuel I requested. I also asked not to mess. She deliberately spilled fuel and I asked her to please clean it off my car, but she just walked away. When I phoned to speak to a manager the following day 02/05/2017 the operator said the manager is to busy to speak to me. This is unacceptable.

After much thinking and deep consideration, I have no choice but to write this complaint. (Again)
The incident that happened the first and second of May 2017 where the assistant deliberately spilled fuel and when I asked her to please clean it off my car, she just walked away. When I phoned to speak to a manager the following day 02/05/2017 the operator said the manager is to busy to speak to me. He did phone me back with so much excuses and asked that I return to the Cornwall Engen Station and give the garage another chance. This I did on the 08/05/2017 and just when you think the service can’t get any worse, it did. My husband’s bike ran out of fuel and I picked him up, got a 2L bottle to fill at the Cornwall Engen, when we got there we were not helped as the station was really busy. The attendants helped others that stopped after us and this is ************** and ******. So we waited once an attendant came to ask what we wanted we asked to fill the bottle. (This was not explained to us but according to Sibusiso this is ******* to fill a cool drink bottle with fuel) The attendant walked off and returned in 10min. I then asked another attendant to assist which also walked off never to return. I was helped by a nearby Service station other that an Engen without issues or **************. If they explained what the situation was and gave alternative options to how I am going to help my husband with his bike on the side of the road then I would have been more understanding. I sent the manager a message of which he phoned me back and again blamed me for not knowing and it was my fault for the whole incident. I am the client that was treated badly, discriminate against and blamed – if I knew what was going on I would have made other arrangements. Surely there should be a notice on the walls stating this policy and communicated by all staff and not treating the public like this. People should just drive 1 km further and use another service station and not the Cornwall Engen.
