The Doringkloof Convenience Centre guys are beyond good. Like five star hotel service beyond

Hi Engine. You probably gonna toss this somewhere in your archives and wouldn't really be delivered to the people concerned... Note the "probably" but the service at the garage opposite Doringkloof Mall is fvckn amazing.

I haven't went there just once and experienced "good customer service". I literally stay in that area and go there regularly, they probably don't know my face.

However; every time I go there I get superior customer service, like really- It's 200% beyond what I receive elsewhere at your other garages.

Please, I mean please and please again. Tell those guys who work there are doing a great job. Not just to "motivate" them but for them to see where their efforts go and realise that they're appreciated. Receiving good customer service has become a valuable commodity these days but in those guys seems like a common/natural practice.
