I just wanted to thank Annette at Engen in Bakenkop, Centurion. She assisted me in my time of need. I forgot to buy prepaid power the night before, the next morning I was without power, my hair was still wet from the previous night (Feel asleep without drying my hair), my cell phone did not charge and was on 1%. I stopped at each and every retailer requesting to buy prepaid power but most was still close at 7am and other could not assist me. As I tried my luck one last time at the Engen. I was greeted by friendless, which was already a plus for me. She help me with the Upin process as well as borrowing me her own personal cell phone to complete the transaction as my phone had already died. I just wanted to say a great big thank you. You made my day better and saved me from a lot of heart ache.
