Terrible temper from the lady who answered the phone

Had the worst service today ,I normally pour petrol in shell garage but it was packed that's where I get my moneys worth,I went to engen keywest convenient garage . I had a tank reserved for 90km and I know my tank pretty well ,I poured 7 litres and knowing very well my gauge arrow moves quite alot when I pour 7 to 10 liters ...my arrow didn't move an inch ,I told the attendednts that I know my car and they said it will reflect or move once I get on the road,fast forward 10km later I call the garage to inform them of my experience.instead of being sincere the lady told me that she knows her tanks and that I must understand that 200 bucks is worth nothing in this economic state..I genuinely hated her attitude giving the fact that it was the second time this happens to me at the same garage . I'm definitely not pouring any petrol there nor recommending it to anyone.
