Terrible service at Engen Fourways (William Nicol Dr, Witkoppen)

I went to Engen fourways(William Nicol Dr, Witkoppen) and regretted why I went there in first place. The Petrol Attendant by the name of Robson gave a horrible service and a bad stinking attitude which made me realize that bad service to customers its what he normally does, and he always get away with it. On my arrival he was helping a customer and i was behind, upon finish with the customer and he was suppose to service me he went and have a chat with his collqs, and left me waiting. I went to him and ask why he didnt come back to help me he told me that other petrol attendants will assist. I was furious because he is the one who saw and at the back of my mind i'm thinking will come back.Long story short he ended up helping and there was word exchange between me and him, and he said if decide not to service me what am I going to do about it??. I spoke to his Manager whos name is Lefa and he promised he will talk to him, Im not satisfied or have hope that anything will be done since his manager was watching while we where having work exchange and he didnt do nothing about it until I requested to talk to him. Please pass this to Engen Head office for further disciplinary.
