Terrible service at Engen after Dunswart Robots

I'm a customer who came to buy grandpa at the shop. I asked for a toilet and the teller that was working on the night of the 3rd of January refused to give us the key to the toilet, stating that she has her belongings stored in the toilet so she won't give me the key. As a customer who was pressed this was terrible and appauling service. Don't the staff have lockers? How am I supposed to continue being a loyal customer of Engen, which I love Sooo much, after such terrible service? She wasn't even wearing a name tag!!! I would like to be contacted about this. How can a fellow female treat another pressed and desperate female like this????
