Terrible Service and Overpriced Half-Cleaned Car Wash

Appalling service received at this car wash. Trash was left on the back seat and side compartments, the side mirrors were not cleaned properly, and the windscreen was still dirty when the car was supposedly “finished.”

To make matters worse, my daughter and brother walked to a nearby shop, which was only a 5-minute walk away. They spent around 20 minutes shopping and then walked 5 minutes back, and after waiting an additional 30 minutes, nobody informed us that they had supposedly completed the wash and with that they noticed the car was still only half done.

My brother raised the issue with the manager and voiced his disappointment regarding the poor service, but absolutely nothing was done to assist or resolve the situation created by their appalling service.

This is a compact car — not even a large vehicle — yet I was charged R140 for what was honestly a half-cleaned job. Very disappointing, especially considering this place is supposed to be one of the best car washes in the Ballito area. Definitely not worth the price or the reputation.
