Terrible service and bad attitude towards customers

Yesterday at around 13:55pm I was on my way to kibler park when I stopped at engen garage lenasia the one situated at Nirvana drive just as you enter Lenz using Abu Baker Asvat drive.

I was attended by an extremely rude woman by the name Kayise whom I don't even know on a personal level. Upon her arrival her initial utterance was that she has a problem with male customers and that she could not hear what I wanted when with a extremely bad attitude when I mentioned to her over three times to put R150. 00 95 unleaded petrol into my vehicle.

I was very calm and since it was a Sunday afternoon and I didn't expect so much drama from a petrol attendant whom I hardly know or have anything personal against.

I asked her not to address customers in that manner and also mentioned to her that I am going to write an email to address the kind of service from her which made me extremely upset and lose confidence in a garage I use the most and her response was that I must go ahead and write the email as she doesn't care about that and seemed to be less bothered about how I feel as a customer subject to her service and utterances.

I have never in my life received this kind of service from a petrol attendant and should Engen have such people to serve us I will rather go elsewhere since customers business and support is not valued enough.

She didn't even greet, ask for my clicks card or if the oil, water and tyre pressure is still fine but just felt like giving me bad attitude for no reasons and carried on non stop with her terrible attitude. I wanted to also get a coke and snacks inside the shop but bought them elsewhere subject to her behaviour and I doubt I'll go back to that garage anytime soon.

Kayise is rude and doesn't deserve to work with people as there are plenty unemployed friendly individuals who are looking for jobs and ready to serve with a smile instead of a bad attitude.

I have worked as a manager in the petroleum industry, banking and gautrain and never have I seen employee behaving in this manner towards a customer for no apparent reason and I feel that this issue needs to be attended to and addressed as I'm not happy at all with what transpired yetseday and she could be posijnly doing it to other customers who pay her to be there.

I was the approached by a man who told me his name is Moola and I advised him of what I just went through in detail and he promised to attend to the issue and that I must call him today at around 11am which I am going to do but also feel the need to raise this issue with Engen complaints department and head office to avoid this from happening to someone again in the future.
