Terrible service

Hi, I used the engine Grasmere quick stop and the service of the shop teller was terrible. The teller refused to insert my contact number for the polo vivo competition that is running and told me that it was over, I then brought her the pamphlet of the competition that state end date is 31st June, she then rudely told me it is for selected products which I have bought because of the competition. I asked for the manager and I was then assisted by Israel (supervisor as manager was of duty) who was not even listening to my complaint as he was selling lose cigarettes on the side and eventually when he forced himself to at least listen to me he told me that the lady Teboho I was complaining about had knocked off and after showing him the lady he said it was Noni with an incorrect name tag. Needless to say that she still gave an attitude and rudely told me she will enter my number on all customers who shop at the store because they never want to join the competition anyway
