Tempered petrol gauge
Sunday afternoon 11 September 2022 refueled from engen cassdale spring's. Refueled for R420 and my petrol gauge didn't move, brought this to the attention of the gentleman assisting me, the gentleman then escalated the matter to the owner of the filling station. The owner insinuated that there was a fault with my gauge and absolutely nothing wrong with their pump as it reflected the correct amount. . Engen casssdale tempered with the petrol pump and refused foul play.

Claiming that I was making unfunded accusations denying having been at the station on the day. stating that there wasn't any footage. My question is what happened to the footage as I have a till slip proving my purchase of fuel. I have never experienced such rudeness directly from a business owner. lack of simple problem solving skills. A simple fault finding exercise could have been to refuel for another client in my presence from the same pump to show that he's pump didn't have a fault. I
