Tembisa Engen Convenience Centre Sucks

<p>Last night i bought the beef stew at the Engene Convienence Center and when i got home i noticed that it was rotten (it had bubbles on top as if they had put sunlight liquid) then i smelled it and it was off. I then went back to complain and see if they can help... when i got there they asked for the slip, (I had already thrown the slip away so i didnt have it but it had their price tag) told them i dont have the slip, they said they cannot refund me since i dont have the slip and that i have to take whatever i want of that money, and i was okay with that (mind you there was no apology or anything) i took Simba Chips and when i got to the till they asked for the slip AGAIN, explained that i don't have the slip and they said they could not help me since i dont have the slip. Was i supposed to be eating with the slip in my hand? when i bought they didnt mention that i should keep the slip for 2 months.. all guys who work there didnt have name tags and have zero customer service.</p>
