Stole from me - Selbourne & Tierberg Roads

Yesterday I went to Engen Cnr Selbourne & Tierberg Rd in Parow. I asked the attended to fill up with R200, I paid via card and noticed R200.10 went off... Now normally they ask if they can and thou I don't mind the 10c what ****ed me off was that he said nothing! I called the Manager on duty and he told me it's an automated process( which I don't believe) & someone that got hit over the head with a nozzle ***? Attendant had a bad attitude and the manager was clueless If someone takes something from you without asking THAT'S *****ING. Please teach your staff people skills, advise them to stop *****ing and help the manger \manage"the place/staff better besides just being the person in charge. you may ask why all the fuss over a 10c but If I had to take something from Engen without asking/paying my ass would have been in jail right now! If I understand the manager correctly you put a system in place that links the amount on the pump directly to the EFT device.....
