05/05/25 09:23 to 09:37 Engen N2 on your way to Somerset West. Petrol attendees was hard at work cleaning the pumps. When I arrived 3 lanes were open. Two of the lanes had one car behind them so I went to the one with only one car at the pump. After waiting a while for the customer to get moving the petrol attendee placed a cone in front of my car and decided to wash the pump, no consideration for their customers. I left feeling angry and upset as I am a regular customer. I will be using Shell garage from now on. Thank you Engen staff and poor management.
