Staff embarrassed and belittles customer

<p>Date: Saturday 16/10/16 at 02:10am </p> <p>Location : woodlands Service centre Woodmead </p> <p> </p> <p>my 2 brothers and i had stopped to fill up deisel at the engen garage mentioned aboved in my mothers car </p> <p>the Attended then filled the R150 deisel that we requested once he saw we paying via debit card he just walked away and said ''GO PAY AT THE WINDOW'' we did not have a problem with that (alothogh we did want a windscreen wash and tire pressure check but was not even given a chance to ask for that as he just walked away) so my bother goes to the window but could not remeber the PIN off my mother card and decided to call her there was a worker(Lazurus) using a leaf blower at this very moment so he kindly asked Lazures to give him 1 minute as he cannot hear my mother on the otherside off the line. Lazurus then told my brother'' GET OUT I AM WORKING '' my brother pleaded with him as this was the last attempt that he could entire the PIN without blocking the card. but this did not bother Lazurus so he continued using the blower.</p> <p> </p> <p>My brother being an ex employee of an Engen Garage was curious and decided to approch him when he ask Lazurus why is he being rude Lazurus started using Valgar language and an argument had then broke out my other brother and i approched the both off them when my brother was pulled away by the other and I asked Lazurus if thats how he treats customers he said i should '' **** OFF AND TAKE THAT ******* WITH YOU'' ''AND OTHER WORDS WHERE USED including racial remarks to me so i walked into the store and asked to speak to the manager on Duty we explained everything to him which was not much help at all as he went to Lazurus broght him into the store when i had asked lazurus to please explain his side off the store as the so called manger heard ourside Lazurus then swore us and walked no respect for us nor his manager and i was so fed up with the manager as he seemed to just have this dont care this is happening attidtude asked for all info and left </p> <p> </p> <p>we ONLY USE ENGINE DEISEL AND PETROL and have been to various engen garages all over JHB , DBN, Russtenburg i have always been treated well with a smile this was a real shocker for my family and i and will definitly be staying away from that garage in future i worked at the office park next to the garage mentioned above and used to be there almosted everyday getting lunch or just filling gas this was 2 years ago clearly things have changed there and the fact that we where treated so badly in front off other people can really hurt you emotionally my brother cried before getting home which is just SICK so thanks for treating us like we dirt ENGEN woodlands.</p> <p> </p> <p>NB i would like to see proof off all actions taken against Lazurus and also may i recomend managment training for the manager who was on duty.</p> <p> </p> <p>in the mean time i would like a copy off the VIDEO FOOTAGE as i want the public to know how customers are treated at this Garage and warn them in advance before their image gets tarnished infront off otheres.</p> <p> </p> <p>my details are below</p> <p> </p> <p> ********** 573</p> **********
