Snack Attack Hoax

<p>This review pertains to Engen in Atlasville, 35 Reier Road, Boksburg, 1459 - How do you people promote a competition if you are unable to back it up??? Every morning I stop at Engen in Atlasville before I go to work, two weeks ago I was presented with a slip and told about the Snack Attack promotion.. I took part in the Snack Attack promotion and won a total of four prizes, one of them i claimed with some difficutly. This morning I decided to claim the remaining three prizes and was told by the employee "I don't know how to do this, come back later". How the hell can you not inform your staff?? How do you run a promotion and not train your staff members to assist customers in claiming prizes??? By the way, you should probably know that your staff members for some reason now withhold the slips on new purchases, are they claiming the prizes themselves?? I haven't been able to partake in week two or three of the competition because your staff don't give slips anymore. If you ask me I think there is foul play going on here. I'm honestly disgusted. Don't run a promotion if you can't back it up..</p>
