Hi,

I am a saddened customer of Engen, my brother was manhandled by one of the people who are meant to be service champions.

This happened in the Simunye Service Station, in Embalenhle 4863 Fono Sibiya & Muhuluhulu Street. Ext 4 Embalenhle 2285.

This was due to him mistakenly getting lost whilst looking for a toilet, the manager rightfully mentioned that where he was trying to go was not a toilet. However, a member of the staff who bosted about him going to the gym said that he would not be directed by us grabbing my brother t t-shirt and also fighting with us and his colleagues when we were trying to calm the situation.

I have the slips if needed, what kind of customer service is that, and is this something promoted or encouraged by Engen?

As a customer, I am saddened by the actions of this violent bodybuilder and he showed no remorse as if this is something he does daily
