Shocking service from Engen Waterfall.

I just had the worst service ever at Engen Waterfall garage! I pulled in to top up with R350 and after telling the guy 3 times, he still put in R300. Then he takes my card to make the payment, starts the transaction & walks off to chat to a taxi that's just pulled in, leaving me waving the machine around to get his attention! Shocking service! I expected better from Engen! What has happened to the service in this country?
