I went to the store to get my child snacks for school this morning just after 7. Vivian 1st thing she undermine me just her look head to toe. She turns and ask other cashiers and bybthat time I've had enough. Am at Wngen not at a R5 store. Her relative tells her to go get change. Now for her relative to tell me not to swear at her. I asked when did I swear at her cause sundiqhela ***ubi is not swearing. She mustn't tell me what to say am not her kid, if it's her cousin she must tell us. That is a Franchise not their family brand. Also now big sis while defending Vivian goes on to say they have just started so I must understand they don't have change. What ******* is this. As a cashier you make sure you have float in your till. Vivian comes back then I decide to tell big sister the incident, does Vivian not back chat and wants to chip in while am giving in my report. Still with her attitude that I want do ***ol to her cause she is related to the person am reporting her to. She had no name tag on, am sure what she was wearing is not acceptable at Engen but she knows she will get away with it. I've been using this fuel station for years.
