Sanitizer solution left me scard

This morning as I was filling up at Engen garage Mamelodi West, I made my way into the store to get airtime. As I was at the door searching for a sanitizer stand I realized that there was a bottle placed at the door which assumed was for sanitizing purposes as there was no one by the door to help me to sanitize. I proceeded to pick up the bottle and as I tried to pull the spraying nozzle the whole bottle top came off which fell back on the bin it was placed on and as it did so I spilt onto my clothes as well as my arm and hands. The security eventually came after I shouted in shock and he just closed it back up and put it back. I was not given anything to wipe myself off or offered to wash it off with some water. I then proceeded to my meeting and as I was driving my arm began to burn and I noticed a rash had developed. I immediately stopped at the closest place to wash it off with water to relive the itch but it didn’t stop. Until I arrived at the meeting at was administered with a cleanse and ointment to help relieve it. I went back to the same filling station to fill up and asked to see the a manager whom had already left apparently by 17:00 and all which was done was to take down my number .It is now 6pm and now my arm is sweeping and still red with a rash. I demand a full explanation as to why there was no incident report done when this happened and I expect to be compensated for damages because this has now affected my arm and might even get worse. I expect to be contacted immediately by a regional Manager from ENGEN
