Rude, unprofessional pathetic service

Engen Montana crossing Zambezi drive. Got rude, un proffesional and not friendly fuel attandants, this is not the first time am experiencing this. On the night of 17.03.2020 at about 21:32,was approached by this rude and unprofessional attendant by the name of Nduma, I regretted to have stopped there to refill, very rude, at the end represented my clicks and bank card, to him he summoned me in a rude voice go swipe inside and he walked away, without explaining the reason why. I went inside colleques were supp****, why I was sent inside while the machines are working.

Bear in mind am exposed to risk jumping out of the vehicle go swipe inside, and was surrounded by dodge suspected individuals, putting my life at risk.

Other stations with professional services do ask about your oil, tyres and water if ok, even though don't wanna do them, at this garage, they behave as if they're just doing you a favor. They forgot us customers votes with our feet. Will not use this gas station again, won't mind driving far look for service.And won't recommend this gas station to friends and family.

No wonder that's why it's quite in activities, due to poor services from rude attendants. Dissapointed customer.
