Rude stuff at Engen Down Park

Just had the worst experience at the Engen garage in Dawn park Boksburg. They have one of the rudest stuff member, he wasn't wearing a name tag and I think he thinks he can talk the way he likes with customers. Found out from the forecourt supervisor that his name is Ncizwa Khumalo. Which I can't confirm but the supervisor was wearing a tag and his name is Thato. Other employees confirmed that they even afraid of him hence his so rude and disrespectful.

I enter the garage and wait as it's morning and busy. My petrol cap is open and had my card out side my window to show I haven't been helped. The this guy approached my car and quickly turned back seeing a incoming car. Not sure if he knows the incoming car or not but left me without saying anything to help the other car. I step out of my car to ask him why he left without helping me as I was first and he said his not a sangoma/ he doesn't do prediction on who has been help or not. I ask him is that how his supposed to talk to customers and he Said how can I ask him bull **** as he didn't see me I wasn't helped.
