Rude cashiers at the Engen garage in Marlvern , that has a woolworths

he behaviour of the cashiers there is unbelievable it started off with one lady .I will even avoid to be served by her. Now the gang has become bigger .

The past Sunday I was there to buy a cake since that Engen garage has a Woolworths, and that’s the only reason we came back to buy at that garage was because there is a Woolworths now.

Going back to that Sunday…..whilst in the queue I heard you can come through, then I proceeded to the till, I greeted the lady ( cashier) she didn’t respond , then I repeated myself then she didn’t respond then I said I’m greeting you dear ,think the poor lady probably didn’t hear me and she said so are you forcing me to respond , then the ones at the back laughed. My response was ohhhh wow! As I walked out I saw the supervisor and told him what has happened she opened the little window that is used by the petrol tenants to communicate with the cashiers and said then what are you going do it was me it was me.

Then I said to the supervisor if you don’t enforce discipline then these are the things that happen.

The behaviour is exhausting why must I think twice just to utilise a garage that is close to my house…

I have reported this to the supervisor , manager, the owner will apparently call me tomorrow and it is not the first time I’m complaining about these girls and nothing is done.

had sent the above email to woolworths customer care and engen customer care but nothing was done and there was no response.
