Rude and uncaring staff

My wife was locked in the toilet by staff member. They kept telling that there is nothing they can do. My wife was so pressed and we didn't have coins left for the toilet and she ended up using the staff toilets. When I reported the matter to the staff, they were laughing at us. She could have ****d or the car ****** cos I had left the car engen running as I was terrified as to what could happen to her whilst I was looking for help
