******* of change

On Thursday 1st October, I filled up at the R21 One stop direction Kempton Park. I paid cash, giving money to the nearest higher rand value of the purchase. I requested a cash slip. Big was my surprise, when petrol attended Khoni brought me a cash slip, but no change with the slip. Change should only have been to the value of 30 cents (in line with rounding off the the lowest 5 cent). This is purely a principle case, as if it can be done with cents, it can be done with Rands as well, and theft stays theft.

When I asked what about my change, I received an attitude from Khoni. Upon requesting to speek to the manager, I was directed to Godfrey, who seemed rather disinterested in the case. Khoni eventually brought me change, to the value of 20 cents. .

Totally unacceptable, that petrol attendants can ***** from customers like that, and the manager shows no interest in solving the issue.
