****** off my petrol money.

On Saturday, the 24th of July 2021 I went to fill my gas tank at the Engen garage in Soshanguve block L via Philip and I was not impressed with their service. I asked the petrol attendant to pour me petrol, I then travelled less than a kilometer and noticed there was no change on my petrol gauge, I went back to the garage to ask the same petrol attendant to enquire about it only to find that he had already knocked off. I was referred to the supervisor who instead of listening to my case argued back harshly, accused me of switching on my car engine while the petrol was being poured, I then showed her that the key I use to start my car is the same one used to open my petrol cap. She continued to argue and shout without us reaching a fruitful conclusion. I was embarrassed by her making jokes about me to her staff which laughed at me in the presence of other customers. To indicate that they face this problem often/are used to pulling this stunt to their customers; she told me I am not the first one to complain.
