This post is just make you guys aware of how we sometimes get ****** at our filling stations. As everyone is aware, the price of fuel either increases or decreases at Midnight on the first Wednesday of the month. We normally fill up on the Tuesday before an increase or drive on fumes to fill on the Wednesday if there is a decrease. We all want to save. On this Wednesday 2020-03-04 at 07h05 I went to Engen Centurion Park at the corner of Lenchen and South street Centurion. I filled R600 diesel. I noticed that it displayed R16.38 per litre. This seemed incorrect and I even questioned the attendent. He stated that this was correct and due to the morning rush I left. Still concerned about this I went back on Thursday the 5th. The price per litre was now R15.84. A difference of R0.54 per litre. I was ****** of almost R20. I spoke to the manager Promise and was told the usual "sorry about the mistake". I think we need to have these garages monitored and action needs to be taken against these greedy owners. This is blatant ******* to the masses.
