Rispark ENGEN, bad service, rude manager

This is honestly the worst petrol station I have ever been too. For the past three months I have been using this garage and it has been non stop issues. From slow service, making the entire station turn into a traffic jam on a literal daily basis, to the petrol attendants not closing my petrol cap properly causing my entire car to freak of petrol to the point where I had to pull over and figure out what was going on, to being double charged for petrol because the money didn't go through on Engens side. Not to mention the manager was extremely rude to me when I tried to query when my money would be back in my account and available to use. He did not apologize once and was very aggressive towards me to the point that another female manager had to get involved. I will travel the extra distance and literally be spiting myself to get the Caltex further up the road now as to not use this ********** petrol station.
