<p>I smoke B&H blue and have always noticed that I get charged R1 - R2 more then the recommended retail when i buy at Engen, but today I paid R33.20 for A packet that has a recommended retail of R26.00!!! This is unacceptable because why is it then advertised as that amount if I have to pay more. I need answers and I am not happy cause this is a *******. I will take this mater further.</p>
