******* from service sation

I'm deeply disappointed. financially I'm having a bad month. I had only R100.00 for petrol to drive to work and back. I was assisted at Engene Jabulani, Soweto. Mpho(petrol attendant) assisted me, but just after I left, I noticed that my petrol gauge did not move, immediately I returned and advised him I didn't get my petrol. He called the manager, Shazir. The manager failed to assist, in stared he challenged me. He said he can pore another R100, but if the gauge gives me over 60 kilometers I need to pay him another R100.00. He said this is to prove that they gave me petrol. This was very disturbing as he wasn't attending to my problem. I asked him to escalate the matter as it is serious. I had to insist for him to take it up with his seniors and get assistance. He asked for my numbers and advised that I will only get a call the next day, wow, I was just speechless. The other interesting part is, just before the manager (Shazir) arrived Mpho confirmed that a lot of customers are experiencing the same problem and he noticed that management are not doing anything about having the problem resolved. Today I just feel like I was **********. I now have to lend money to get home safe.
