Response exceeded my expectation.

I had the unfortunate situation last night of having unleaded fuel put into my Diesel car. Being on a tight budget, I could see how I was going to fork out money to get this sorted + get to work for the next couple of days whilst the fuel is drained. <br> <br> I have to take this opportunity to say although an inconvenience, the manner in which this mistake was handled is nothing short of professional. To the petrol attendants' who took ownership of the situation, escalated the matter to their managers' and then offered to drop me off at home, thank you. This is an indication of the responsibility and trust the owners have rightfully entrusted you with. <br> <br> Mistakes happen, its how we recover and learn from it that matters and your team exceeded my expectation. <br> <br> To the owners/managers you have a Team to be proud of. Thank you for the follow up call this morning to keep me posted on the actions will be taken to remedy the situation. <br> <br> I am very embarrassed by my initial reaction - and for that I apologise. <br> <br> Regards <br> Althea
