report

On 01/06/2021 I went to Engen Duzi Convenience centre in 381 Boshoff street. I got to the pump and told Ayanda to give me R100 unleaded. He then asked me about oil and water, I said no its all fine I am in a hurry. He then asks me about the tyre pressure by this stage I am frustrated as I'm in a hurry to get to a doctors appointment and i just told you all is fine. Before he fills the fuel he ask me if I have a clicks card I now just ignored him, I felt he is just being arrogant. I give him my card before swiping he goes on to ask me if he must wipe my windscreen. He then enters R100.14 on the speedpoint. I told him I filled fuel for R100 he has to get another machine to enter R100. I left that garage frustrated after telling him I'm in a hurry he still goes on with his barrage of questions. I went in today 02/06/2021 and spoke to a Sue explained what happened yesterday. According to her he did nothing wrong she said I could be the mystery customer. I then asked her so if I'm in a hurry I must not stop at that garage she said if that's how I feel. All she went on about is her MYSTERY customer. I am a customer standing in front of you telling u about my frustration and she says there's nothing she can do her staff was correct in what he did. After me telling him I am in a hurry I must still endure 100 questions because of their mystery customer. I will never ever stop at that garage again although its on my route service from the head is pathetic. After me saying I am in a hurry he just went on and on. All he had to do was fill my fuel and let me go as I did say "ALL IS FINE" PATHETIC SERVICE THE MYSTERY CUSTOMER IS MORE IMPORTANT she didn't compromise to even say she will speak to her staff if a customer is in a hurry just fill the fuel and let them go.
