Refusal to serve a customer and unacceptable service

If I could give a zero star review I would. I went to Engen Coutrai Paarl to fill up my car with petrol and as I pulled up one of the attendants were walking in the way of my car. I hooted at him as it seemed as if he did not see or hear the car to please move out the way. After I hooted at him, I received a very angry look and when I explained to him that I hooted at him because he was in the way of me trying to pull inti the petrol station and that he seemed that he did not hear the car. Afterwards, they refused to serve me and also refused to give the manager's contact details after asking for it which they have to give to a customer when requested. After this bad experience at Engen Courtrai Paarl, I refuse to ever go there again and will also tell all my friends and family to never go there again if this is the way that a customer gets treated. This is unacceptable!
