The management of this car wash believes that if you a black person, you should not complain about the service you are getting nor ask for a refund. The cashier, Passion Kalawa, said to my face “you black people always cause problems”. The manager, Luciano Chillaad through his hand in my face, told Passion to give me my refund and hid at the back.

Business has nothing to do with colour, I paid for a service and I cannot be told because I am black, I cannot complain. Is the ****** drilled in the heads to this extent.

I can’t even give the Engen car wash one star, but I’m forced in order to post my review.

I have been there 3 times and experienced great services. Today I didn’t, not only did I ask for the car to be washed properly 3 times, the last straw is when I saw my mom holding a cloth and wiping the car. I went to seek help from the manager came to see the car, pointed out to more dirty areas and left. Didn’t speak to us, didn’t apologize, absolutions nothing. Nothing changed and a I asked for a refund.
