'******' and bad mannered petrol attendant

I had the worst experience at Engen Phola Mall today. The petrol station is usually my first stop every morning and the service is usually exceptional. This morning, we arrived there and waited for a few minutes of which it's unusual, we asked James to assist us as we've been waiting for some time. He told me that he's a bit busy, we waited again. After that he assisted another car that's driven by a white female after I repeatedly told him that we arrived before the female. We had to wait again, inconveniencing us. My mother immediately fumed and asked for a manager and saying she doesn't want to see that guy again there because he didn't even apologise. She viewed the incident as 'race discriminatory', the guy was ****** according to my mother. My mother has multiple cars that pour petrol there of more than R4k a month and I wouldn't like to see her taking her business to your other competitors because of one person. I hope you will attend to this matter as soon as possible. That petrol station has a very good customer service, I'd like to continue using it without seeing that guy's face. Thank you.
