Promises, no action

I recently wrote a review about Engen. At least they've reached out, requested proof of the claim (submitted). I credit them for reaching out, however, there seems to be no tangible progress beyond that besides the rhetoric, 'we'll investigate and get back to you '. I'm not sure what their TAT is (not stated), however, I'm still awaiting finality one way or the other.
