Poured Petrol on a Diesel engine vehicle

On the 10th September my wife went to the Engen garage driving a Mercedes Benz C320 CDI Diesel engine vehicle and asked the attendent to pour diesel but instead the petrol attendant poured Petrol after driving out for about 2KM the car mulfunctioned and came to a hault, we reported the matter to the owner of the garage and he took admission of guilt and liability and paid for the Towing of the vehicle to Bosch Alberton where they flushed out the conteminated fuel and also reported that the car has lost power due to a faulty turbo (boost pressure actuator) and claimed that it was not due to the result of the contemination of fuel. When I stated to the owner of the Bosch garage (Walter) that the loss of power was due to the contemination of fuel as my vehicle was in a good and working condition before entering the Engen garage, he said to me that he is getting good business from the owner of the Engen garage and he doesn't want to jepodise his business relationship with the Engen garage owner. The owner of the Engen garage has also said he has paid for the draining of the fuel and has nothing to do with the faulty turbo. It looks like both the owners of the Engen Kritzinger and Bosch Alberton as far as they are concerned have fulfilled their obligations but the car is still not in a working condition!!! I drove the vehicle which was in good and working condition before coming into the garage now I have to tow it back home because it cannot be driven, where is the justice and accountability!!!! Their friendship seems to be more important than treating a customer fairly and just. Justice has to prevail and my vehicle needs to be restored to its working condition.
