Possible ***** Committed

On Friday 13th September 2019 I was going to Cape Town from Humansdorp driving a Ford Ecosport. I filled up my tank at Engen Humansdorp. When I got to Task Traders T/A Mosselbaai 1 Stop (Engen) my tank was at 3/4 and I filled it up again and I got inside the garage to grab something to eat leaving the petrol attendant alone. While I was at the counter paying for the snacks he came in and asked me to pay at the counter for the petrol and I did as he asked to my surprise I had to pay R588 which equals to 38 Litres and that was unusual because when that car is empty i usually pay around R650. I payed and left the garage.

On Monday 16th September I went back to Humansdorp and again I stopped at Engen Mosselbaai and my tank was just below 1/2 and I filled it up and this time I payed R467 which equals to 30 Litres. This left me with un answered questions and I asked to speak to the manager and he was not there and I spoke with the supervisor and promised to discuss the matter with the manager the following day. On the following day I phoned the garage and discussed the matter with the manager Brandon and raised my concerns in this regard and he sent me a video footage with no information instead left me with more suspicions and I call him again and asked him to check on the video footage: 1. The car that throw in petrol on that same pump just before me, 2. The time that pump was cashed in. Up to this day (29th Sep) he hasn't to provide me with that information and I reminded him several times. He clearly not the right person to assist me in this situation. Can someone from Engen Garage assist me in this regard and investigate further clearly I was knocked off here.
