Poor services.

A deliberate poor service from Engen R21 north employee. Today at about 8:31 I arrived at a far left petrol pipe machine, infront of me there was another car, I waited ten minutes for the car infront of me, no problem, I then moved to the empty pipe next to it, the employee that was supposed to help me just disappeared, even though he was standing there alone when I decided to switch to him. I ended up leaving without pouring petrol as I was in a hurry. I wish a manager can review the footage, I was driving a blue polo.
