POOR SERVICE FROM ENGEN PETROLEUM PTY LTD

Really bad service from Engen Petroleum Pty Ltd. I reported Merafe Engen Petrol Station regarding a claim against the them of which they are refusing to pay. I poured diesel at

Merafe Petrol Station and only to find out that the diesel that was poured in my car was contaminated with water. I took a sample of the contaminated water to the petrol station as well as the invoice from the mechanic and a quotation of a part which has to be replaced as a result of the contaminated water.

I then escalated the matter to Engen Petroleum Pty Ltd due to the fact that I was not getting any joy from the manager at Merafe Petrol station. The matter was escalated on the 4th April 2018 but till to date the matter has not been resolved. I was notified that the matter was referred to the Engen Petroleum legal team but till this day no one has ever contacted me.

I'm really not happy with the manner this matter has been handled. I have also quoted the reference number of my query below.
